Returns
We do not accept returns once an order has been placed. Every item is created with attention to detail, and made especially for you.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed in rare cases – such as if the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
To request an exchange, please email us at namaste@themishakistore.com with:
- Your order ID
- Photo proof of the damaged item

Cancellation Policy
We allow cancellations only if your order has not been dispatched.
To cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at namaste@themishakistore.com with your order details.
Shipping Policy
– Free shipping above orders of the value of 999 INR
– Standard shipping fee of 65 INR for orders under 999 INR
– Shipping available pan India
– All packages dispatch within 2-3 days of placing an order
– All packages take between 7-10 days for delivery from the time of dispatch
